You would think I would've learned how to spell Fuchsia after spending two years working on this album, but nah it's impossible.

Producer RND1 sent me a batch of incredible beats after I met him in Tuscon, AZ 2018. I performed a short set at MOCA Art Museum and he was one of the people who came through. From that folder I would use 4 beats on the project. His sonics shaped the sound of the album. But this beat in particular he titled Fuchsia Coupe. I thought was such a dope title for a beat, I just remixed it for the album.

My ex and her guy friends again lol. She would FaceTime me sometimes from a borrowed luxury car. When she was out running errands usually. At this point I had little trust in her and my gut told me she wasn't faithful. Those particular convos about trust and fidelity inspired this song. Her lying ass face set against the backdrop of a giant sunroof and grey skies on my phone screen. Those images are burned in my mind. Haunting me sometimes. The key thing about a long distance relationship is trust. At this point my trust was deteriorating rapidly and I knew the end of us was close.
